The Heat Pump Warehouse

The team at Heat Pump Warehouse were amazing from start to finish. We needed a heat pump ready cylinder within 5 days and the team were able to suggest a manufacturer that could work to our timescales and the product was delivered within the requested timeframe. The quality of communication throughout was excellent and we would recommend them for your project.

Thanks Georgie and team again!

The Heat Pump Warehouse are our first thought when we have any ASHP requirement as they are competitively priced but more importantly they take the time to understand the full requirement and the timescales involved.  In our experience they “go the extra mile” to deliver a professional, friendly service that meets our needs perfectly.

After shopping around and doing some research on the Internet we found The Heat Pump Warehouse. We had an issue to overcome with the size of the tank due to the small cupboard we had to work with, and they assisted with helping us find the right tank and also sized up and specified the correct sized heat pump. The Heat pump warehouse exceeded our expectations, and the customer service is second to none. Fantastic company to deal with and the products are excellent quality and at a reasonable price! Fantastic!

The heat pump warehouse has been excellent, you were recommended to me and I wouldn’t deal with any other supplier in future. I needed to get 3 phase machines quickly which none of the others could, you didn’t disappoint, and I had them delivered 3 days after calling you. Plenty more to continue buying through you, also appreciated the training course you arranged for us.

The heat Pump Warehouse website was a really great resource when choosing and purchasing my new heat pump. The prices and availability of systems seemed to be unsurpassed. My discussions with the sales team both before and after delivery was also really easy and helpful.
