Frequently Asked Questions

Orders can be cancelled anytime before it is dispatched. The quickest way to do this is to call us on 01260 228 822 stating your order number. Your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately. Orders that have been dispatched will incur a £90 cancellation fee deducted from your refund to cover our shipping and return costs, or £10 for smaller courier items.
To return unused or faulty items please fill out the Returns Form. Under no circumstances can returns be accepted without a completed Returns Form and Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Call us on 01260 228 822 stating your order number and what you want to change. If an extra payment needs to be made we can take it over the phone.  Unfortunately we cannot modify any orders once they have been dispatched, a separate order will need to be placed.
Please contact us immediately if your order is delayed on 01260 228 822 so we can resolve it as quickly as we can. Unfortunately we have no control over couriers once they have collected from us and while they are rare, delays beyond our control do occur. We understand how frustrating delays are so we will always do our best to help you.
