Following a seizure that left him in a coma, Jones underwent surgery and chemotherapy. In a remarkable display of resilience, he taught himself how to write again and began reaching out to manufacturers. This determination led to the establishment of The Heat Pump Warehouse, which commenced trading online in May 2022. Despite the hurdles, the company achieved a turnover of £500,000 within its first six months of operation. By the end of its second year, The Heat Pump Warehouse was nearing a £2 million turnover.
